Refund policy

All outfits at AMM’S Collection are customized and made-to-order. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange is only applicable if:
• The wrong item was delivered, or
• There is a major stitching or fabric defect.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return shipping charges are not covered.

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to complete the order or if the ordered design/material becomes unavailable.

Advance payments are non-refundable once production begins.

Customized orders or orders where a discount code has been applied are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
